TRIATHLON NEW BRUNSWICK
Board of Directors: Roles and Election - 2011-2012
Are you interested in joining the Triathlon New Brunswick Team as a member of the Board of Directors? We are currently seeking committed and passionate individuals, accepting applications to join our Board!
Elections will take place at the Tri NB AGM to be held on November 12, at 4pm in Rothesay, NB. Those elected to the Board will be voted into specific roles by the Board itself in November / December 2011. Please review our website calendar for further details on the evening, highlighted by a gourmet dinner and our Guest Speaker, Olympian Colin Jenkins.
If you are looking for a chance to contribute and make a difference to our sport in the Province and beyond (and have a heck of a lot of fun at the same time), please fill out the Board of Directors Nomination Form in full (can be found as a Word document on our website under the Governance tab) and email it to us at comments@trinb.ca no later than November 8, 2011. By completing this form, it will help us prepare for our AGM and ensure that all interested candidate nominations have been reviewed in advance by the existing Board, making for an efficient and enjoyable election process.
For your reference, we have provided an overview of the job descriptions of Board positions coming available in November, 2011. Tri NB bylaws are also available for viewing on our website should you require further information on Board proceedings and structure. We look forward to hearing from you!
